1. We care about the privacy of our users. The privacy policy explains what information of yours will be protected by MiDi when you use the Service. Personal privacy features information concerning personal identification and communication, like the user's real name, ID number, phone number, and IP address. Non-personally identifiable information indicates the basic information you provide us, none of your privacy, such as your name and e-mail address, when you register with the Service.

2. MiDi uses commercially reasonable physical, technical, and managerial safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information (especially for Minors). We promise not to disclose your register and storage information except under the following conditions:

2.1 accessing the authorization from the user before.

2.2 abiding by law and regulation.

2.3 conforming to the requirements of the government.

2.4 safeguarding the interest of the public.

3. If you have any questions about this privacy policy, please send an e-mail to info@midiread.com. We will do our best to make our Service better within a reasonable range. You agree the laws of China mainland will govern this agreement, as well as any claim that might arise between the user and MiDi. Both sides should negotiate and solve the disputes concerning the sign, fulfillment, and interpretation of this agreement. If negotiation fails, you and MiDi consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the court where MiDi is located to deal with the disputes and troubles.

4. You agree that your violation of the agreement is solely your responsibility. MiDi reserves the right to take actions, including but not limited to interrupting, terminating the Service, applying for a lawsuit, and other measures.

5. MiDi has no liability to supervise the user's action or inaction. But MiDi reserves the right to terminate the service with or without prior notice for any reason or no reason.

6. Exemption Clauses Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you understand and agree that MiDi has no responsibility in any following conditions:

a. System faults caused by typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, war, terrorist attacks, and other irresistible factors.

b. Service interruption or postponement caused by hacker attack, telecon technical adjustment, website upgrading, bank issue, and others.

c. MiDi always insists on the pursuit of perfection, but the Service does not guarantee interruption, zero shortcomings or to meet users' all needs.

d. Please stop your use of MiDi with any problems regarding this agreement.

7. Supplementary

If any terms in this agreement lose the executive force or violate any laws, the term will be of no valid, while others are still valid and of binding force.

8. Deletion of Your Data

You can request the deletion of your data at any time by going to Me > Setting > Delete Account and/or contacting us at editor@midiread.com. We will evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis. We may keep some of your data for as long as reasonably necessary for our legitimate business interests, including fraud detection and prevention and to comply with our legal obligations including tax, legal reporting, and auditing obligations.

You have the ability to delete your account, and you should understand that upon deletion of your account, you will lose the right to access or use all or part of our Services.
